The Privy Mama
Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness
Ngozi was born and grew up in South West london and has competed for Wandsworth as a 200 meter sprinter before setting up health and fitness lifestyle company The Privy Mama, which has slowly become one of the most competitive fitness services in South London dedicated to women families.
When expecting her first child, Ngozi felt compelled to continue training and took up studying the science behind ante and post natal fitness. She realised first hand the need and benefits of exercising throughout her pregnancy but the lack of support available led her to develop the Privy Mama, a dedicated service which can assist a healthy delivery and postpartum recovery.
Her most dedicated clients, the Kelvin Grove and Eliot bank childrens centres, have enabled The Privy Mama the scope and reach to serve women across SE London.
Now the ambassador for Sweaty Betty, Ng Ekeh founder of The Privy Mama, continues to run ante and postnatal classes across London and is excited about what the future may hold not just for the organisation but for ante and postnatal women in London, eager to experience a healthier and happier pregnancy and beyond, because she believes, you can be pregnant or postnatal and still powerful.
